Jiuzhoulian guarantees a normal operating time of 99.9% for its services offered through VPN connections made available via software downloads from our site(s). In no event shall we be liable beyond losses paid by customers directly to us nor responsible for monetary/non-monetary loss incurred due to circumstances outside our control including legal fees/court costs unrelated laws/other written regulations.

Prohibited Items

Your access to and use of the "Jiuzhoulian" service is governed by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. For any user who violates any applicable laws or these terms, we reserve the right to terminate or block access to the "Jiuzhoulian" service at any time at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

19) Attempt to manipulate the name, services or products of "Jiuzhoulian";
20) Solicit or collect personal information from minors or communicate with minors;
21) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the "Jiuzhoulian" service, user accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the "Jiuzhoulian" service through hacking, password mining, brute force cracking or any other means;
22) Use "Jiuzhoulian" services for any military purpose, including cyber warfare, weapons development, design, manufacture or production of missiles, nuclear, chemical or biological weapons;
23) otherwise violate or circumvent these terms.
In addition, if the server network is abnormal due to long-term use of broadband for downloading, which affects the normal use of other users, "Jiuzhoulian" will take measures to limit the network speed of abused IP.
For the safety of your account, non-customized accounts are for personal use only, please do not share the account with others, and you will be responsible for any losses caused by sharing it with others.
