How to install
1. iOS version
1. The Jiuzhoulian iOS version supports version 11.0 and above.
2. You can go to the AppStore to search for Jiuzhoulian or directly scan the QR code on the homepage of the Jiuzhoulian official website to download.
2. Android version
1. Jiuzhoulian Android version supports version 6.0 and above.

3. Windows version
1. Jiuzhoulian Windows version supports Windows 10 and above.

How to use
All platforms
Answer: After each version is opened, click one-click connection, connect first, and then open the domestic application. If it fails, try to use the global mode, and then open the domestic application, Or disconnect the Jiuzhoulian and reconnect once. If you have not used it for a long time and the connection fails, it is recommended to download and install again.

1. How to choose the proxy mode?
There are several proxy modes for Jiuzhoulian:
1. Smart mode, forwards all the websites and APP traffic in Chinese Mainland to our proxy nodes.
2. Global mode, forwards all the websites and APP traffic you visit to our proxy node. This method is generally not recommended, because it will cause some websites to slow down or become unavailable. Only when you cannot use some domestic websites and APPs in the Smart mode, it is recommended to open them.
3. Entertain mode, only represents the traffic of domestic websites and APP, such as iQIYI, Youku, NetEase Cloud Music, and does not affect your use of other applications. It is recommended to use Smart mode when the Entertain mode is not working.
2. Can't connect or is connecting all the time?
Please confirm whether Jiuzhoulian app is allowed to access the network. If the connection is still unavailable after the permission is turned on, please go to System Settings=VPN to delete "Jiuzhoulian", and then restart the application and try again.
3. Why is accelerating music and videos ineffective?
Please start accelerating first and then open the app you want to accelerate (such as iQiyi). If iQiyi is already running in the background before starting acceleration, you need to exit and reopen iQiyi. This method is applicable to other music, video, and gaming apps.
4. My network is very good, but is it slow to get online after connecting?
If you are a non VIP user, due to the limited resources of the non-member line server, the network speed is slow due to the sharing of network bandwidth resources by many people during the peak period. It is recommended that you avoid using it during the peak period, or open the high-speed line exclusively for members. If the network is still slow after you open the membership, please contact us for feedback and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
5. How many devices can login at the same time?
Currently, three devices are supported to login at the same time. When the limit is exceeded, the old login device will be forced offline.
6. What if the VIP is not activated after payment?
Due to network instability and other factors, our server did not activate VIP members for you in time after payment. Please don't worry, try to fix your network, or exit and reopen Jiuzhoulian APP, and click on the top right corner of the VIP page to restore the purchaseWe, then we will recheck your payment status and activate members for you. 7. Is the internet speed better than regular users after purchasing VIP?
